Rehoming Your Dog

Your dog is part of your family. Making the decision to give them up can be heartbreaking. But sometimes due to financial reasons, lifestyle changes or specific pet behavior issues, it’s the best decision for everyone. 
Although some of the problems that you have encountered with your dog are challenging or seem impossible to overcome, others may be easier to resolve than you think. There are trainers and behaviorists that may be able to assist, organizations that can help with veterinary expenses if need be and many on-line resources for specific behavior problems that can provide guidance.

It’s important to thoroughly consider alternatives to re-homing before making your final decision.
